Cancellation Policy

1. Premium Mobile Auto Detailing Services are provided by Top Car Detailing LLC with a focus on professionalism, convenience, and consistent quality. 2. Pricing Transparency: All service pricing reflects base rates. Final cost may be adjusted upon arrival based on actual vehicle condition, severity of contamination, pet hair, stains, or additional labor requirements. Clients will be notified before adjustments are made. 3. Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon service completion and prior to vehicle release using any of our accepted payment methods. Tipping is appreciated but never expected. 4.Booking Requirements: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Same-day requests are subject to availability and may incur an expedited service fee. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellation: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged 50% of the booked service total to compensate for lost time and expenses. We allow one courtesy reschedule per appointment with proper notice. 6. Arrival Requirements: The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled time with a functional water spout and electrical outlet within 50 feet unless otherwise arranged. If our team is unable to begin service due to inaccessibility, it may be treated as a no-show. 7. Damage Disclosure: Clients are required to disclose any pre-existing damage or concerns prior to service. This includes fragile trim, electronics, aftermarket modifications, etc. 8. Liability Disclaimer: Top Car Detailing LLC is not liable for pre-existing issues, concealed damages, or outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions. We take great care in our work and document any findings with photos when needed. 9. Eco-Conscious Operations: We are committed to sustainable, water-conscious practices and use eco-friendly products whenever possible. 10. Privacy Protection: We handle all customer information, booking data, and vehicle details with strict confidentiality and never share client data with third parties. 11. Professional Conduct: We expect respectful and courteous interactions. Any verbal abuse or inappropriate behavior may result in service refusal. 12. Customer Feedback: We value your input!
